Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

 

EXCHANGES

Items in new, unwashed, and unworn condition can be exchanged up to 30 days after purchase. Exchanges will ship to the original shipping address via standard shipping.

 

RETURNS

Items can be returned in new, unwashed, and unworn condition up to 30 days after purchase for a refund to original payment method or up to 60 days for site credit.

 

Refunds to the original payment method will be processed within 3-5 business days after the item is delivered back to us.

Store credit refunds will be available to you as soon as your returned item is received by the return carrier.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund is processed.

 

If we make a mistake, we'll correct it quickly and easily.

 

If you received an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please contact us at nolshop@nestoflove.org with your order number and details on the problem. Our customer service team will correct it promptly.

 

ORDER CHANGES

Orders received during standard business hours 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday typically begin processing immediately. Orders received outside business hours begin processing the next business day.

 

To request an order change, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate order changes, but please note that not all change requests can be accommodated.

 

Orders which have been processed and shipped cannot be changed or canceled.

 

If the shipping address submitted with the order to be changed for any reason after shipment, rerouting fees and/or administration fees may apply.
